@ Championships - Super Final

Sign-ups for this meet are automatic. Please read... The Super Final is a separate meet occurring after the three SAAA League Championship Meets. The meet will feature two heats of each of the 48 scoring individual events. The event order will be Fly, Back, Breast, Free, and IM. Relays and the 6U events will not be offered. A total of 20 swimmers will participate in each event. Qualifiers will be the 6 fastest swimmers in each event from the Santa Rita League, along with the 7 fastest swimmers from both the Rincon and Catalina Leagues. We are the Catalina League. If you finish an individual event at Championships on July 8th in one of the top 7 spots then you are automatically entered into the Super Final. Lower placements may still qualify depending on scratches. By default, we assume you will attend the July 9th Super Final if invited. If you sign up for Championships and know that you cannot make the Super Final, please reach out to Fred at [email protected] so that we can invite the next fastest swimmer when the time comes. |

Entries due by noon on 6/29 - no late entries Join CT and the other 2 teams in the Catalina League for a fun day of Championships! All eligible swimmers are encouraged to attend! Eligibility requirement: swim an individual event in least 3 meets (invitationals count). You will not be able to sign up for Championships until you have met this requirement. For example, if you need to attend a specific meet in order to qualify for Championships, you won't be able to sign up for Championships until after those meet results are entered into Swimtopia (usually by early the next day). Please read all notes under the Super Final event below. If you are signing up for Championships and know you cannot attend the Super Final please add that info the the coaches notes. |

Pre-Championships Pasta Dinner (Swimmers Only)

Parents, enjoy an hour off while you drop off your swimmers at this special team pasta night party. Swimmers will receive pasta, bread, salad, and drinks (please have your swimmer bring a water bottle). This event is about team building and bonding with friends and coaches (no swimming). Please sign up to donate food and/or volunteer as a server! Following the pasta dinner, families can join in the tradition of decorating our cars for championships! During practice today, swimmers will take part in our annual watermelon relays. Stay after practice for exploding watermelons and a watermelon snack. Show up for your normal practice time but expect to stay a bit later than normal. |

Swimmers help raise valuable funds for CT by collecting pledges from friends, family, and the local community. Then join us for one hour of swimming fun with treats and prizes. Entries due by noon on 6/12. This meet is for swimmers age 4 - 8 as of June 1, 2026. Older swimmers will participate at the 9-18 Invitational earlier in the month. Volunteer roles will be added when we are notified by SAAA of their volunteer requests. Swimmers will be limited to 4 individual events. Awards will be given for places 1-20 by event. There will be no concessions available. |
