The Heat Sheet shows swimmers, events, heat numbers, and lane numbers for a particular meet. We recommend highlighting your swimmers’ events and listening to the announcer so that you know what the current event and heat numbers are. The active event should also be displayed on the desk by the announcer. Swimtopia should not be trusted to provide the current event at this time.

Heat Sheets are typically posted the day before the event under the event name on the Schedule tab. Heat Sheets are subject to changes at the last moment. We will often combine events or heats to speed up the meet and this is typically reflected in the Heat Sheet. The announcer will say if heats are combined.
