  • 3:30 - 4:00pm - Ages 6 & under
  • 4:00 - 4:45pm - Ages 7 - 8
  • 4:45 - 5:30pm - Ages 9 - 11
  • 5:30 - 6:30pm - Ages 12 - 14
  • 6:30 - 7:30pm - Ages 15 - 18

Mornings Saturday

  • 7:45 - 8:45am    - Ages 15 - 18
  • 8:45 - 9:45am    - Ages 12 - 14
  • 9:45 - 10:30am  - Ages 9 - 11
  • 10:30 - 11:15am - Ages 7 - 8
  • Ages 6 & under do not have Saturday practice

June and July

Mornings Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
First 15 minutes in each session is dry-land. Sneakers are required.
  • 6:15 - 7:45am     - Ages 15 - 18
  • 7:30 - 9:00am     - Ages 12 - 14
  • 8:45 - 10:00am   - Ages 9 - 11
  • 9:45 - 10:45am   - Ages 7 - 8
  • 10:45 - 11:15am - Ages 6 & under (no dry-land, no sneekers needed)
