The Catalina Terrace Athletic Program (Marlins Swim Team) is a non-profit organization with a mission to promote youth athletics right here in the heart of Tucson. Established in 1961, we are now in our 65th year as a community pool and swim team. Our team is for youth ages 4 to 18. From April through July, we coach 150+ swimmers and host a six-week swim meet series with teams from the Southern Arizona Aquatics Association (SAAA).

Every year we look for community businesses and individuals who would like to help fulfill our youth sports and athletics mission. Our membership and athletics fees don’t fully support our costs, so your support matters! Will you help us?

HOW YOUR SUPPORT MAKES A DIFFERENCE

With the ongoing help of sponsors, we recently completed our electrical rewiring and sustainable lighting project, purchased new lane lines, and continued work on our deck safety project. We also provided $2,785 in swim scholarships. Fundraising objectives have always remained two-fold:

• Scholarship Fund – Your support allows us to provide athletic swim team scholarships for Tucson youth who would not otherwise be able to participate in SAAA swimming.
• Long-term Capital Improvements – Ongoing fundraising for various large-scale projects such as renovations to our landscape, pools, plumbing, and tennis courts.

• BUOY – $250 Adds: one shared multi-sponsor social media post; sponsor announcement during home meets; complimentary team shirt.
• MARLIN – $500 Adds: medium 2x4 ft sponsorship banner displayed at all home meets; multiple social media posts; medium logo and link on team and member websites; medium logo on team shirt.
• BIG FISH – $1,000 Adds: large 3x5 ft sponsorship banner displayed at all home meets; multiple social media posts including a “sponsor-of-the-week” highlight; large logo with premium placement and link on team and member websites; large logo on team shirt.
